By signing this form, you are giving Darkhouse Paranormal Investigation (DHPI) permission and approval to post any and all video, pictures, statements, interviews and things associated with the investigation into your location to the official website of DHPI and any other social networks used by DHPI.

Further, you understand and agree that DHPI will own all rights to any and all video, pictures, statements, interviews and things associated with the investigation into your location, and for, the purpose of exclusive use by DHPI.
